How it works
Where does the dust go?
Static holds fine dust on the pellet surface. We release it first, then wash it out with counterflow air.
Pellets enter
Pellets flow into the deduster from the top.
Static is neutralized
A static-neutralizing field releases dust bound to the pellet surface.
Counterflow cleaning
Clean air rises against the falling pellets and lifts the dust away.
Dust is removed
Dust-laden air is drawn off to the dust collector.
Clean pellets out
Clean pellets drop out — typically ≤50 ppm dust*.
